HOW TO PARICIPATE

1. Visit Us in Geneva:

Starting November 15th 2024 you can visit us at one of our retail locations in Geneva to enter the campaign.

  •  Bongénie (Rue du Marché 34, 1204 Genève)

  •  Globus (Rue du Rhône 48, 1204 Genève)

  • pink maharani Flagship Store (Rue du Perron 25, 1204 Genève)

 

2. Nominate a Friend:

Write the name, address and email address of a loved one you’d like to surprise with a pink maharani shawl on the pink maharani postcard we provide. We will then place it in our gifting bowl for you.

 

3.Daily Draw:

From December 1 to December 24, we will draw one card each day and send that friend a unique shawl as a heartfelt holiday gift from you (and us!).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The friend of loved one must be located in Switzerland.

  • Each participant can nominate only one friend or loved one in the draw.

  • The gifted shawls are chosen by pink maharani and not the sender.

  • The gifted shawls cannot be returned or exchanged for another color.

  • Any person of 18+ are authorized to participate in this campaign.

  • The shawls will be sent by Swiss Priority Post.

  • The participation in this campaign is free of any purchase obligation.

  • The sender will receive an email from us informing them that their nominated person will be receiving a shawl.

  • You ensure that the nominated person’s address is correct.

  • Your email address and that of the recipient will be added to our database of contacts, including our newsletter recipients.

  • pink maharani reserves the right to exclude participants from this campaign

  • No monetary pay-out will be granted instead of a shawl

  • No resale of the gifted product is authorized

  • pink maharani solely identifies the daily winners through a random draw.

  • There will only be one selected winner per day though December 1-24

  • Participating in this campaign does not guarantee your nominated person will receive a shawl.

  • This campaign is solely linked to Swiss regulations.
